Learning to Cook Rice Without Oil

When I was a child, I learned to cook rice with my grandparents, not with my mother. At that time, my mother was always busy working, so my grandfather and grandmother taught me their way. First, they showed me how to wash the rice and measure the water. Later, I met a kind woman from a small town who taught me how to cook rice without a single drop of oil. That moment changed how I saw cooking.

Now, with my teammate, I enjoy learning more about that town’s culture and traditions. Their way of cooking and living is simple but full of meaning.
